Who we are

Get The Ball Rolling Websites is run by Edward Marno, a sole trader based in the UK. For anything about your data, email [email protected].

What we collect

Contact form: your name, email, phone number (if you give it), business and message.
Call bookings: your name, email and the time you choose.
Clients: the details you give us on our onboarding form, so we can build your brand and website.
Website visits: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to provide the service you've asked for, and to run our business. Our legal bases are your consent, taking steps towards or carrying out a contract with you, and our legitimate interests.

Who we share it with

Only the services we use to run the business:

Google Workspace: email and calendar
Tally: forms
Cloudflare: website hosting and security
Google Analytics: website statistics, only if you accept cookies
Our accountant, if needed

We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't go further: up to 12 months.
Client records: for six years after you leave, as UK tax rules require.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

We use Google Analytics to see how people use our website, such as which pages are visited most. Its cookies are only set if you choose "Accept" on our cookie banner. If you choose "Reject", or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to stop spam. It is a security check, so it doesn't need your consent, and it isn't used for analytics or advertising. We also remember your cookie choice in your browser, so we don't ask again on every page.
