Our work: a recruitment website for Hub Selection
Hub Selection is a recruitment agency for aviation and motorsport. It finds licensed aircraft engineers, pilots, cabin crew and specialist technicians for employers, on permanent and contract terms, in the UK and abroad.
What the website needed to do
Serve two audiences at once: people looking for their next role, and employers who need skilled people quickly.
What we built
- Live job listings showing the details candidates look for first, such as pay, location and aircraft type ratings.
- CV upload, so candidates can register with the agency straight from the site.
- A separate route for employers, with its own button in the header and an enquiry form.
- A blog and testimonials from clients and candidates.

Web design and custom development, including the job listings and CV upload.
What a new business can take from it
If you serve two kinds of customer, give each a clear path from the home page, so nobody has to work out which parts are meant for them.
